14 day cooling off / return period
We have a no quibble 14-day return policy on all items, so you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item should be in the same condition that you received it ie: unworn or unused.
Returns will need to be sent at the customers cost to a UK address which will be provided; we recommend using tracked delivery and are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. To start a return, please contact us at hello@harper-perreau.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Due to our fast moving stock, we cannot guarantee to exchange or replace your item but if that is your preference please tell us and we will see what we can do.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
